Close the launcher and launch the game as administrator through the WSEloader.exe or it's shortcut to play WSC.Under 'Video' enable 'Load Textures On Demand'.Launch the game through Steam/GOG if applicable.To restore the game to default state, which will prevent WSE from operating: Open 'Properties' in Steam and click 'Verify integrity of game files' in the tab 'Local Files'. Overwrite the files of the base mod with the patch.

Install the following Patches: Southlands Final Quickpatch.This is how the path to the contents of the mod should look like. Make sure you don't insert an additional folder inbetween from the extraction. Go to the game directory and copy the mod folder into 'modules'.Do not use WinRAR, as it corrupts the extracted files in entirely unpredictable fashion.
